Mahusay kung mahusay ang aktor na ito when it comes to his attack to whatever role assigned to him, as in drama, the greatest challenge for an actor is to be able to breathe and live his screen character.

Lalong kumplikado ang ginampanan ng aktor na ito sa isang namaalam nang teleserye, as he did a Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde. Yet he performed the dual role to the hilt.

Somewhere though ay tila may kakulangang dapat punan ang aktor na ito, it’s not enough that he – no doubt – delivered a sterling performance worthy of consistent nominations, if not straight victories, in next year’s awards for TV.

May speech problem kasi ang aktor na may P-F/B-V handicap. Tulad ng isang mang-aawit, no matter how great he/she sounds but is trapped into this, hindi 100% ang aanihin niyang pagpasa. Sa last frame kasi ng aktor in his astringent TVC ay may linya siyang, “A quality product OP (sic)…(name of product),” when the preposition “OF” should be pronounced as  “OV.”

Next to acting, I think it is also important that our actors do not just undergo drama workshops. At the very least, dapat i-integrate sa mga pagsasanay na ito ang speech lessons most specially when the role calls for basic spoken English.

Kuya Dan, do I HAB a FOINT? SFEAK UF, utang na LOOV!
