LOISA ANDALIO is that one actor that you know will make it big someday. After first seeing her in Pinoy Big Brother, I know that she will make it big in the entertainment industry and boy was I right!

Many years later, she has established herself as one of the most bankable actor of her generation. She has been in numerous films and television series to prove that she can indeed bring it on.

EARLY LIFE

Loisa was born as Josefina Loisa Francisco Andalio on April 21, 1999 to parents Leonardo and Sandie Andalio.

CAREER BEGINNINGS

Before becoming a television personality, Loisa was part of the performing group 3G formed in 2013. In 2014, She was introduced as a housemate in the reality television show Pinoy Big Brother: All In. Unfortunately, Loisa did not even make it to the Big 4. However, her short stint in the Big Brother house allowed her to be known nationally to audiences.

After she was evicted from the show, she was casted as one of the main cast in the romantic melodrama revenge television series called Nasaan Ka Nang Kailangan Kita in 2015. She played the role of Bea Natividad and had worked with fellow ex-housemates Joshua Garcia and Jane Oineza.

NOTABLE WORKS

Loisa was part of BFF5  together with Maris Racal, Kira Balinger, Ylona Garcia and Andrea Brillantes where they regularly perform in the varierty television show ASAP since 2015.

In 2016, Loisa landed a supporting role in the romantic comedy television series Be My Lady which starred Erich Gonzales and Daniel Matsunaga. Loisa hear played the role of Margaret Soliman.

In 2017, Loisa did her back to back projects which recognized her as a good actor. She was in My Dear Heart, a romantic television drama series which stars Bela Padilla and Zanjoe Marudo. Loisa here acted as Agatha Estanislao, sister to Clara (played by Bela Padilla). IN the same year, she was also seen in the crime drama television series The Good Son. She was reunited with ex housemate Joshua Garcia and worked with actors such as Jerome Ponce, McCoy De Leon and Nash Aguas.

Loisa bagged her leading role in the iWant romance comedy television series Unloving U in 2020 and is paired with reel and real life partner Ronnie Alonte. Loisa here playes the role of Fiona Acosta who harbors secret feelings towards her stepbrother, played by Ronnie Alonte. This 6 episode mini series was originally release in iWant TFC in 2021 and rereleased in the Kapamilya Channel later that year. Loisa also contributed to the official soundtrack of the series, singing Kaya Pala and Saves It.

Loisa has been prolific in both television and film projects. Since her graduation from the Big Brother house, she has appeared in numerous films, albeit in minor roles. Her first film project was in the short film Endless in 2014. The year after, she appeared as Mia in the blockbuster film Crazy Beautiful You which stars Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo. She was also in the romantic comedy film James & Pat & Dave together with Donnie Pangilinan and Ronnie Alonte.

CURRENT PROJECTS

2022 is Loisa’s year and it is not even finish. She appears in the television mini series The GoodBye Girl. The story revolves around five friends with different life issues. In this mini-series, she works with Elisse Joson, Barbie Imperial, Maris Racal and Angelica Panganiban. Loisa here plays the role of Mara, the clueless girl who will be surprised with what life has to offer.

Loisa is currently appearing in the romantic comedy television series Love In 40 Days and was first broadcasted in the Kapamilya Channel on May 30 this year. She bagged the lead role together with Ronnie Alonte and will be working with other veteran actors such as Leo Martinez, Mylene DIzon, Janice De Belen and Lotlot De Leon.
